We will file claims for the office services and professional services rendered at the hospital. We work with many insurance plans. Prior to scheduling your appointment, please check with your insurance company to confirm that we participate with your plan. It is also your responsibility to ensure that any referrals needed to comply with your insurance guidelines are received by our office prior to your appointment.
Co-payments and all other applicable payments are expected when services are rendered. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
