The physicians, nurses, technicians and staff at Cardiology Specialists of Virginia are firmly committed to your care. It is important to us that you clearly understand, and that you feel comfortable with, every step of your evaluation and treatment plan.
We want to answer any questions and concerns that you may have about your heart health. We encourage you to bring your questions with you to your office visits. If, between appointments, you need to discuss something with us that cannot wait until your next visit, please call us during normal working hours. Our clinical staff will address your questions, consulting with your personal physician as needed. We strive to return calls on the same day.

Our Office is open between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
We are closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, The Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (and the Friday after) and for Christmas.
You can schedule an appointment by calling 703-751-6668. We see patients by appointment only, which allows us to give each and every patient the full amount of time that he or she needs. Office testing procedures are typically performed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m..
If you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so that we may give this appointment to another patient.
We do realize that your time is valuable, too. If our normal appointment schedule is interrupted by an emergency, and if delays are likely to result, we will notify you as soon as possible.
